Asphodel-Norwood All-Wheels Park

The project RFP required an All-Wheels Park, fulfilled via Design-Build.  Specifically required was: an in-ground bowl, a street park and a pump track; all suitable for various skill levels.  The site was a gravel parking lot which had never undergone a geotech assessment or structural remediation.  A thorough geotechnical analysis laid out a straightforward earthworks program, executed by our team. Our design exceeded expectations, including a unique pump track with no un-rideable space in the centre, resulting in more creative flow / line opportunities than the typical pump track.  The ability to ride from the main skatepark right into the pump track is appreciated by all users, and the Client is also thrilled with the completed project.
